Click chemistry approaches for directing nanoparticles to specific cells and tissues
Getting a nanoparticle to the right organ is only half the problem; reaching the right cell type is the other half. We use click chemistry bioconjugation to functionalize LNPs with peptides, antibodies, and other targeting ligands, building modular strategies that redirect nanoparticles beyond the liver to tissues that have historically been out of reach for systemic nucleic acid delivery.
